TMR mechanically processes scrap to size, separate, clean, screen, condense, and package it into supplementary raw material for smelting and refining. Internal engineering and maintenance support are vital to the achievement and retention of efficiency in our production. Some of our equipment is mobile-equipped to facilitate off-site needs and special projects. A burning unit also operates exclusively to certify small arms brass shell casings inert.
TMR offers consultation to achieve the highest possible rebate opportunities by material type. Depending on site requirements and quantities, some materials also qualify for investments or rent-to-own arrangements, including containers and machinery.
TMR ships and receives by van trailer, box truck, dump trailer, gondola, roll off, rail car, and ocean container. A hedging program is maintained throughout each day to avert risk, trading in open commodity markets. We maintain credit insurance on our customers to protect us from unforeseen losses and we contract with outside third-party representatives at consuming facilities to witness sampling and verify assays.
